Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming.

States where Delta-8 is unavailable

In the following states we do not ship Delta-8 THC products. Delta-8 items are fulfilled with our Full Spectrum products instead:

Illinois, Nebraska, and Pennsylvania.
